Back again... Hmmm where do I begin? Yes, I have had a few smokes since the last time. However, they are infrequent and less then normal. The push-up thing has been slumping a bit. I'm just 40 behind, they'll be done later today.
I saw some promising jobs in the paper. Things are looking up.

I Slipped...
Did I fall short today? I had 2 smokes. Not only did I feel guilty, I felt sick. My weakness was that I was being social. A social smoke even sounds silly.
Doing push ups everyday is beginning to make my arms and chest sore. This is my way of focusing my mind on what I want to be. I want the pain to go away, hence I work hard enough to not feel the pain.
Another rejection letter in the mail. They keep piling up! Tomorrow things will change. I will make change.

400 years and still not grown up.
It has been brought to my attention, as it happens in Bermuda...another death due to a road accident and another gun death. All done in less then a week into the New Year. Well done Bermuda, just when you thought a new leaf. WRONG!
I say enough is enough! The police need to have more check points and aggressively keep a hold on the gang activities. Funny enough, the only time I see the police is ticketing people for speeding during rush hour. This little island is getting out of hand. No more negotiating with the criminal element. Doors need to be kicked in, people taken in for questioning and close monitoring of all participants in crimes e.g. grandmothers, fathers, sisters and girl friends etc. You will not benefit at the expense of society!

Broken Crackberry, the Saga Continues
Today I broke my Crackberry out of anger. Now I have no phone! I can't stand cell phones.
Ten push-ups a day to help stay focus. I still have twenty more to make up for the first and second of January that I missed. There has to be somewhere at work where I can knock them out without appearing as strange.
No smoking today and I feel better. Does the thought cross my mind to have one, yea? However, I know it won't feel like I intended on feeling. Yuck! Hence, I press on with developing my mind and body.

Side Bar Thought of 2009
Bermuda celebrated its 400th anniversary, however it was soured by Ewart Brown's brash decisions, gang violence and my lack of finding a suitable job (blame it on the recession, whatever!). Where does Bermuda go from here? Time, the great revealer...
Day 2 of 2010
After not having the opportunity to participate in the festivities of exiting 2009, sobering moments have taken over me. While at work I have thought about my New Year's Resolutions more so.
*Stop smoking
*Spend more time with the kids
*Get a real job
*ect.
Day 2 and still have not had a smoke. Things will need to stay in focus in order to succeed.
